John Lanham: Managing PartnerJohn Lanham started LISCO 25 years ago as a manufacturer of agriculture covers for cotton and hay. John Lanham is well known and respected in both agriculture and athletic circles. John is a past president of the Texas Cotton Ginners Association. Under John’s leadership, LISCO has grown into a well-respected provider of custom manufactured athletic equipment in the southwest United States. John’s primary responsibility at LISCO is to manage the manufacturing and finance of the partnership. Steve Lanham: PartnerSteve Lanham became a partner in LISCO in August 2002. Steve comes to LISCO from the magazine publishing business where he was most recently National Sales Manager for Hotel & Motel Management, a trade magazine in the hotel industry. Steve’s primary responsibility at LISCO is to direct the sales efforts of the partnership. Sales have increased 30% since Steve came on board. Virginia Smith: General ManagerVirginia Smith has been with LISCO for 20 years, and is involved in almost all aspects of the company. Virginia is the leading sales person at LISCO.
